Delete your account

You can delete your Shoot Organiser account at any time.

Crew (assistant) accounts

Open Shoot Organiser, go to Settings, scroll to Delete my account and confirm. Your account and your membership of every studio are deleted straight away. Jobs and messages created by the studios you worked with stay with those studios.

Studio accounts

Open Shoot Organiser, go to Settings, scroll to Delete my account and tap Request deletion, or email rahulsadiq143@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with and include your studio name. We delete your account and all of your studio's data (bookings, clients, crew, photos, agreements, enquiries and messages) within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment records kept by Paddle for tax and accounting are kept as the law requires.

Before you delete

Download a backup from Settings → Your data if you want to keep a copy. Deleting can't be undone.
