This policy explains what [Your full legal name or registered business name] (“we”) collects when you use Shoot Organiser and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your Google profile name if you sign in with Google.
- Studio content: the bookings, clients, team members, photos, invoices and messages you or your team add.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Paddle, our payment partner. We never see or store your card number. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference.
- Basic technical data: such as sign-in times, needed to keep the Service secure.
How we use it
Only to provide and support the Service, keep it secure, process your subscription and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) in data centres in Australia, and payment data with Paddle. Both act as our service providers.
Who can see your studio
Only you and the team members you invite. Team members only see the shoots they are assigned to and never see prices or payments.
Your clients' information
When you add clients, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to store their details and for telling them how you use them.
Enquiry forms and client pages
When someone fills in a studio's enquiry form, or uses a client page to sign an agreement or answer questions, we store what they submit (for example name, phone, email, answers, drawn signature, the time and their browser type) on behalf of that studio, which decides how it is used. Client pages can only be opened with their private link. To ask about your details, contact the studio that sent you the link.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after a subscription ends. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing rahulsadiq143@gmail.com. See how to delete your account.
