Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Shoot Organiser (the “Service”), provided by [Your full legal name or registered business name], Delai Saweni, Lautoka, Fiji (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Shoot Organiser is online software for photography studios to manage enquiries, bookings, clients, agreements, team schedules, shot lists, photos, invoices, photo delivery links and team messages. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. The person who creates a studio is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite and for the content added to the studio.
3. Free trial and subscription
New studios get a 30-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial, continued use needs a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing rahulsadiq143@gmail.com; your subscription then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. Payments through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may include taxes as shown at checkout.
5. Your content
You own everything you add to Shoot Organiser. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' details and photos, and for following privacy laws that apply to you.
6. Client pages, agreements and signatures
You can send your clients a link to an enquiry form or to their own client page, where they can sign an agreement, answer questions, see what they owe and open your photo delivery links. You are responsible for the agreements you send, including their wording and whether they suit the laws that apply to you; the sample agreement is a starting point, not legal advice. We record the name, drawn signature, time and device details a client submits, but we are not a party to your agreements with your clients.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, try to access other studios' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. We recommend downloading backups from Settings regularly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. If a subscription ends, your studio is paused and kept for at least 90 days so you can resubscribe or ask us for an export.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji.
